Kurt Kurt Peiser was a Belgian painter. Born in Antwerp 1887. Died in Uccle 1962. In his paintings he had touches of impressionism, expressionism and socialism. After ten years of painting "marines", he started depicting the lower class. Images of tragedy of mankind as well as images of joy in sociability. Images of working men, images of people in bars. |
